We feel strongly that, not only should professionally apt, but they should also show a personality that will project comfort and care so the individual will always feel at ease with Aala Care.

Aala Care offers excellent rates of pay, and progression. Carers have flexible hours, permanent support, and continual professional development. All of our carers are supported to attain NVQ Level 2 qualifications, as well as partake in an extensive ongoing in-house training program.
