We feel strongly that, not only should professionally apt, but they should also show a personality that will project comfort and care so the individual will always feel at ease with Aala Care.
Each of our caregivers is subject to an extensive screening process:

• Professional Reference Checks
• First Aid Certified
• Ongoing Professional Development
• Carers supported to attain NVQ Level 2 in Caring

Aala Care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and the UK Home Care Association. We feel strongly that our affiliations with these and other professional bodies, keeps us in an excellent position to benefit from industry knowledge and experience. We are not perfect, but we always strive to improve with the support and guidance of the CQC and UKHCA.
